Predictive maintenance: from alarms to anticipation
Bringing SCADA, MES and CMMS together on a single platform lets you move from reacting to breakdowns to anticipating them with data.

Many industrial plants run three systems that do not talk to each other: the SCADA that monitors the facility, the MES that manages production and the CMMS that organises maintenance. The result is three versions of the same event that someone has to reconcile by hand.
A single source of truth
By bringing all three worlds together on one platform, every stoppage, batch or intervention is recorded just once and is available to everyone. This makes it possible to calculate a reliable OEE, know the full genealogy of every batch and link breakdowns to operating conditions.
From data to prediction
Using historical sensor and maintenance data, anomaly detection models spot unusual behaviour before it turns into a breakdown. The platform estimates the risk and remaining useful life of each piece of equipment, together with its confidence interval.
What matters is closing the loop: when the risk exceeds a threshold, a work order is generated automatically, and the prediction is then compared with what actually happened in order to improve the model.
- Fewer unplanned stoppages
- Condition-based maintenance, not calendar-based
- Full traceability for audits and quality control
- Energy, water and CO₂ indicators per tonne produced
